Guide the transition from FEED to FID to Execution, ensuring readiness and logistical alignment.

Review and validate the Master Project Schedule and key milestone plans.
Support in selecting and negotiating with EPC contractors or consortia.
Define the overall execution strategy for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.

Establish Change Order control processes and track financial deviations.
Define strategic KPIs for productivity, cost variance, procurement efficiency, and contractor performance.
Implement an integrated Earned Value Management (EVM) system linking budget, schedule, and progress.
4. Leadership Alignment
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and value-driven leadership.
Act as a bridge between operational and executive levels, ensuring consistent vision and execution.
Lead strategic alignment meetings with department heads and board members.
Mediate conflicts between departments and facilitate cross-functional integration.
Align project leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction towards common objectives.
5. Auditt & Performance Reporting
Communicate findings to top management in an executive-friendly format (non-technical summaries).
Define corrective actions, responsibilities, and deadlines for implementation.
Deliver clear, actionable reports with quantified impact and practical recommendations.
Evaluate deviations in schedule, cost, quality, and workforce performance.
Conduct periodic technical, contractual, and productivity audits.
6. Interface with local authorities and contractors
Facilitate transparent, multilingual communication channels for all external interfaces.
Help establish contractual clarity and issue resolution mechanisms between the client and external parties.
